Basically I'm going to shift Arcand from the 1950s to late 1980s/ early 1990s. Why? Well I decided for a change in scenery . . or time, as it were. Wanted to have a higher level of technology available to me, more modern looking designs and being more "modern" without having to stray into the "Modern Tech" realm where lasers would probably begin to seep through into my designs. Because: LASERS WILL KEEP THEM CLEAN. [kudos and a free tank to anyone who gets that reference] That and I've been playing World In Conflict for the first time after a long hiatus. . . . No. I haven't been daydreaming about Arcandian intervention in the Cold War
